Thanks to your votes, for the second year in a row Richmond.com has been voted the best Richmond blog in Richmond Magazine's annual "Best & Worst" issue.

We are extremely honored and would like to say "Thank you, Richmond!" to all who voted for us.

We would also like to apologize. For having unique witty entries? Heavens no. But we are sorry it has been so long since our last post (yeah, thanks for calling us out on that, Richmond Magazine.) While we have lots of excuses for not putting up a post since the May NASCAR race (extensive pirate fights, attack squirrels at the office, etc.), we don't want to bore you with our languorous reasons.

We just wanted to say thanks and stay tuned -- more RBlog is on the way.

On Monday, we are posting a new RBlog entry regarding the recent proposed renovations to the downtown masterplan. We also re-propose the biggest question from last week's planning session -- What do you want downtown Richmond to be?
